  Mediaplex provides technology and services that help advertisers, agencies and publishers manage their interactive and traditional advertising activities. Mediaplex's complete suite of technology solutions includes MOJO Adserver for third party advertising, MOJO Mail for email management and delivery, MOJO Publisher for ad management, the AdVault suite of products for agency production and financial management and media management and Content Depot for digital advertising management solutions.
Job Responsibilities
• Represent Mediaplex's Product Team in consulting visits with Strategic Accounts. The goal is to assess their usage of the system and suggest ways in which they can improve their performance, which should translate to higher volumes and upsell of features and services.
• Work with Account Management in planning strategy for these visits and delivering on follow-up items.
• Represent the product expertise in these meetings, answering how Mediaplex technology can solve specific client challenges. Some of these solutions will be advanced applications of existing technology, rather than obvious fits right out of the box.
• Be able to provide high level impact assessments of enhancement requests on the spot. Guide clients and prospects to effective solutions that minimize custom engineering needed.
• Provide support on data analysis projects. Perform analysis of customer online marketing programs based on existing data gathering technology. Goal is to discover meaningful patterns in the data and present the material with conclusions using a combination of data summaries and written arguments.
• Present Mediaplex technology to a wider audience in a webinar or convention format.
• Provide backfill and overflow support for sales prospect demos: Prepare and deliver PowerPoint slides and live product demos of Mediaplex's ASP software for prospect pitches in conjunction with the Sales team.
• Manage (or aspire to manage) custom development and pricing for clients from requirements gathering through production deployment and documentation.
• Act as technical advocate for assigned clients; analyze and document product enhancement requests, forward to product management for review
• Participate in the continuous development and enhancement of sales tools and product documentation.
• Manage multiple client projects simultaneously

• 2-4 years direct technical experience supporting or developing 3rd party adserving platforms.
• Experience in client-facing engagements as sales support or consultant.
• Experience with large data stores (files and databases) and the tools used to query them.
• Strong presentation and customer-facing social skills
• Strong analytical mind and interest in interpreting data.
• Working knowledge of HTML, javascript, and other web technologies
• Strong in these personal attributes:
o Analytical
o Good communicator (spoken and written)
o Organized, with attention to detail
  Required Education and Experience
• BA/BS required, technical discipline preferred
