This position will require the successful candidate to store, process and issue equipment fielded through various GDC4S programs (WINT, CHS, etc.). During this process the candidate must accurately open and close repair orders and RSIRs via the program’s associated database (Guardian, Filemaker, IFS, etc.). Accurately complete shipping documents and packing lists. Receive and verify incoming and outgoing material. In addition, all documentation must be prepared and presented to the appropriate program management for out of warranty and other than fair wear and tear repair (OTFWT) approvals. The aforementioned repairs must be closely monitored to ensure accurate billing and redelivery to the customer. The candidate must also be capable of maintaining and tracking inventory via the appropriate database (Guardian, Filemaker, IFS, etc.) for the program of record. The candidate must have superior customer service skills and able to handle difficult support situations.
The candidate must have excellent keyboard/ data entry skills and be familiar with data entry programs. Learn new tasks quickly. Prioritize work load based on strict time limits, supervisor direction, and customer’ needs. Work closely with other team members to ensure on time ordering, delivery and closure of required items. Communicate effectively verbally and in writing. File and maintain accurate data/ records. The candidate must be capable of lifting up to 70 pounds periodically and 50 pounds often. This position requires safety shoes. The candidate must be willing to deploy to remote locations worldwide, including hardship/ hazardous locations for extended periods of time. During deployments the candidate must be able to ship, receive, stock, inventory, process customer and vendor repairs with limited assistance and supervision. This position requires a valid drivers license and the ability obtain an international driver’s license. Must be able to obtain a Secret security clearance.
Must be able to travel 20% of the time.
Secret level U.S. DoD security clearance, and U.S. Citizenship is required.
