The candidate will be assigned to train the Warfighter Information Network-Tactical (WIN-T) equipment such as the Battalion Command Post Node (BnCPn), the WIN-T Satellite Systems, the Joint Network Node (JNN) and their associated NetOPS, planning and IA applications at the Fort Gordon Land War Net School. They will be responsible for supporting system integration, installation, operation, maintenance and management on the WIN-T Family of equipment. The candidate will provide formal instruction on the WIN-T family of and associated equipment, in accordance with ARMY and TRADOC standards. Candidate should have at a minimum 1 year of experience in the field with the WIN-T equipment that is currently being used in Iraq or AfganistanAfghanistan to include but not limited to networking theory and practices, Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP), and data concepts as well as experience in either WIN-T Network or Node Management or duties as an S6/G6. Duties will include research, development, and presenting training on the WIN-T Systems to include the Netops and Network ManangementManagement tools using conference, hands-on as well as demonstration. Knowledge of VOIP, network routing, network security and network configuration is a must. The candidate for this position should have successfully completed an approved Instructor training course and have two years of experience in the delivery of formal course presentation. In addition, the candidate will have experience as a Network/ Node Manager, S6/G6 or have worked in the operations cell of a deployed WIN-T organization. A certification in CompTia Network plus, CompTia Security plus, Microsoft, CCNA, or other equivalent certification is preferred but not required. The candidate should possess a working knowledge of, implementing, and troubleshooting a data and voice network utilizing associated tools and techniques. The candidate should have an understanding of the curriculum development process. Applicant selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Applicant must be able to pass an extended background investigation (EBI) for this position.

Associates degree in a technical or related field of study, or equivalent work knowledge and experience with network planning, implementation or management is desired but not required. 4-6 years experience in working with military tactical networks is or satellites is desired but not required.
