Job Description	General Dynamics C4 Systems provides its government and commercial customers around the globe with integrated network and communication solutions for mission critical applications including satellite communication, satellite operations, network systems and information services, blue force tracking, homeland security, detection, surveillance, intelligence, and emergency response. Candidate leads the execution of project tasks related to ILS sub-elements such as supply support, parts management, parts control, material ordering, UID management, hardware obsolescence management, PHS&T, and configuration management. Candidate will interface with all ILS team members to ensure cohesive integration of these elements across the ILS team and will interface directly with GDC4S government customer/users to maintain a high level of confidence and customer satisfaction relative to these areas. Knowledge of Acquisition Logistics (a multi-functional technical management discipline associated with influencing design for supportability and planning the support infrastructure for a system by focusing on the integrated logistics support (ILS) elements and working with and across all IPTs). Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, Management or equivalent experience is required. Specific knowledge, skills, and abilities include: 1.) TeamCenter and IUID data management 2.) Material purchasing process within DoD and GDC4S business constraints 3.) Earned Value management including variance reporting and corrective action 4.) Inventory management Must be self-motivated, work with minimal direction, and have the ability to multi-task. Must be able to communicate effectively in both oral and written communications, and contribute to customer meetings/presentations. Applicant must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite, familiar with relational databases, and modeling concepts and implementation. Candidate must have a willingness and ability to mentor peers and co-workers. Some domestic and foreign travel is required. Ability to use common hand tools may be required. Must be able to travel 20% of the time. Applicant must be capable of obtaining a U.S. security clearance. Applicant must be a US Citizen.
