Job Description	General Dynamics C4 Systems provides its government and commercial customers around the globe with integrated network and communication solutions for mission critical applications including satellite communication, satellite operations, network systems and information services, blue force tracking, homeland security, detection, surveillance, intelligence, and emergency response. Perform cost and schedule control activities on large program. Responsibilities include: -development and maintenance of integrated program schedules utilizing MS Project -implementation and maintenance of the program's Earned Value Performance Measurement Baseline, utilizing COBRA earned value tools -perform analysis and provide feedback to program team on trends and impact of earned value performance -participate in the program reporting cycle, including formal customer reporting as well as management reviews of Program Controls data - support proposals for new business as required, including leadership of the IMP/IMS process - utilize wInsight for presentation of data to program decision makers - participate with overall program controls team to ensure program commitments are met 7 years of experience in Program Controls required BS/BA degree in business or technical field or equivalent combination of education and directly related work experience is required. In addition, a minimum of 7 years of work experience in program planning, cost controls is required. A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated results in leading teams is preferred. Familiarity with the following tools desired: COBRA, MS Project, wInsight,as well as Microsoft Office tool suite. Applicant must be capable of obtaining a U.S. security clearance. Applicant must be a US Citizen. Applicant must be able to pass an extended background investigation (EBI) for this position.
