We are seeking a Web/Filemaker Pro administrator to be part of a team that supports software systems and applications for software enhancements and new products during the PDSS/PPSS phase of a systems lifecycle. Responsibilities include database maintenance relying on skills in the following: • Filemaker Pro administration and development. • Filemaker Pro web publishing. • MS Access • SQL • Web site development. (XHTML, CSS, Javascript) • Web server maintenance (Raid 1 & 5, SCSI, SATA, SAS, Tape backup) • IIS (HTTP, HTTPS, SSL, FTP, and web application programming • Following languages (XML, XSLT, XSL, XHTML/HTML, ASP, .NET Web Service) Experience with the following beneficial: • Windows client/server support: • Windows platform OS versions 98 thru 2K3 with focus on Windows 2k and above. • Disaster recovery planning and execution (Tape backup [Backup Exec, ArcServe, Tapeware]) • Antivirus software • MS Office 2K thru 2K7 • Windows scripting language • Imaging and Virtualization • Remote Desktop • Following services: • File Sharing (Windows/Unix file and folder permissions) • Print • DHCP • DNS • SMTP • Following networking • Routing • Subnetting • Protocols • Ports • IP overloading, Cisco IOS and ACL knowledge a plus • Troubleshooting • Servers • Workstations • Switches, Routers, Firewall • Printers Must possess excellent communication skills and be capable of presenting technical concepts in easy to understand terms to large audiences of various technical abilities. Applicant should be able to work with little to no supervision and be capable of leading small technical teams. Applicant must be capable of obtaining a US Security Clearance. BS Degree in software engineering or equivalent experience is required, as well as demonstrated mastery of practical engineering application that is typically acquired in two or more years of directly related experience. Secret level U.S. DoD security clearance, and U.S. Citizenship is required.
