Job Description

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Customer Service Representative. Duties include telephonic and in-person contact with customers regarding logistics/maintenance issues. Accepting equipment for repair and returning same. Processing items for in-house and vendor repair; requesting parts from appropriate sources. Database entry of all parts and repair actions. Maintaining stock accountability, conducting inventories and documenting results. Responsible for packing/wraping and shipping equipment to vendors/RSCs and receiving and processing equipment for return to customer or stock. Limited administrative duties required.


Education and Experience
AA Degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Must be able to travel 20% of the time
This position requires operation of motorized vehicle.
This position requires the operation of a company or customer-owned motorized vehicle.
Applicant must be a US Citizen.
Must be capable of obtaining a Security Clearance

Good people skills, computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office and database applications. Attention to detail, and working in a fast-paced environment are a must. Supply skills, including part recognition, stocking, picking and inventory. Candidate must be capable of lifting at least 50 pounds unassisted.
Candidate must be willing to deploy to potentially hazardous locations in support of the U.S. Army.
