Function as a strategic business partner and consultant to proactively assist customers in meeting objectives through effective implementation of Human Resources practices.

Support international deployments to include deployment briefings, repatriation support, cultural briefings, initiate pre-employment and post-deployment medical processes, and track expatriate employees.

Responsibility for tax equalization process to include authorization and communication with external consultants, interface with SRI with employee tax setup in HRIS systems.

Provide Human Resources Generalist support to managers and employees for domestic and/or international locations.

Respond to expatriate customer needs to include medical and personal emergency evacuation procedures.

Coordinate and administer managed services relationship for contract labor.

Coordinate international relocation activities with vendors.

Work with Human Resources management teams to address international deployment issues which would include resvoling relocation billing issues, paycheck discrepencies, etc.

Improve Human Resources processes for both domestic and international HR.

Ensure the equitable and consistent application of GDLS policies and practices at all locations.

Interact closely with other Human Resources representative to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

Advise and coach management on employee relations concerns to include conducting of investigations.

Maintain quartely updates on international allowances to include updating Assignment agreements.

Responsible for administrative maintenance of employee files and records.
 Job Requirements Must have Bachelors degree in Human Resources related field.

Previous Human Resources Generalist experience including Employee Relations and International deployments preferred.

Results oriented skillset possessing strong analytical, quantitative, planning, problem-solving, and researching skills required.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications required.

HRIS proficiency preferred.

Excellent organizational, written, and verbal skills required.

Must be a team player and possess willingness to learn and undertake assignments with apppriate follow through and completion.

Must be willing to travel domestic and internationally.

Must have excellent business acumen and be innovative and creative when resolving issues.

Must have ability to build strong relationships with individual employees and all levels of management.
