 Job Description General Dynamics Robotic Systems, Inc. - Contract Administration duties in support of the Advanced Programs GDRS Operations including guidance and support of proposal development, contract negotiation, contract execution, contract modifications, correspondence and customer interface.
- This person will act as the formal business interface with multiple external customer orders, negotiations, and programmatic issues including change management, organization conflicts of interest (OCIs), teaming agreements, export licensing, complex business arrangements, licenses, Proprietary Information Agreements and other contractual related documents.
- Develop solutions to mitigate contractual / program risks; maintain contract files: develop negotiation strategies; understand and manage the affect of terms and conditions on price and schedule.
- Develop and manage the Company’s contracts process to include standard practices and procedures and the appropriate approval process for all contracts and maintain confidentiality of work related information and materials.
- Monitor and review all Company contract and agreement documents.
- Maintain documentation and reports for all contracts execution by overseeing a Company-wide tracking system.
- Prepare and maintain status and contract tracking reports as directed by management; organize, track and input data to support division metrics and quality initiatives.
- Ensure appropriate performance standards are identified in contract language.
- Manage the GDRS contract team
- Actively participate in business development and strategies concerning contract related items and meeting financial goals.
- Negotiate cost type and fixed price type contracts within the business goals, respond to audits, and document the substance of discussions, agreements and results.
- Manages contract change process and works with Program management, Engineering, Finance and other disciplines to mitigate performance risk.
 Job Requirements Degree in Business, Pre-Law, appropriate Liberal Arts.
- Other disciplines considered with related experience.
- Eligible to obtain security clearance.
- Adherence to schedules and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and accomplish tasks in a timely and professional manner.
- Experience in government contracting in both an engineering and production environments with good working knowledge of FAR and DFAR.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) required.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Willingness and ability to complete required travel.
- Experience with patent law, software license, non-disclosure agreements or data rights preferred
