General Dynamics Network Systems Signal Solutions, Inc. is looking for a System Security Analyst located in Charleston, SC. The successful candidate will be responsible for systems security engineering in the design, development, production and installation of intelligence collection and dissemination systems. The individual will develop and update system security and accreditation plans and tracking systems, and make Risk and Vulnerability Assessments, Security Control Assessments (SCA) and Security Awareness and Training. Individual will monitor, analyze, and report IDS output. Requires BS/BA degree. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and 8 years experience in Information Security or an Associate's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology and 12 years experience in Information Systems with a minimum of 5 years in Information Security. Minimum of 5 years experience working in the INFOSEC arena. Must have working knowledge of the DoD Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP), DoD Instruction 8510.01. Requires proficiency with MS Office for document creation and presentation development. Knowledge of Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) implementation processes is highly desired. Establish and update System Security Plans (SSPs). Systems engineering, technical and programmatic support to SPAWARSYSCEN. This includes providing inputs and recommendations to the program plans that include costs and schedules, budgets, integrated logistic support (ILS) plans, system upgrades, system security policies and engineering change proposals (ECP). Shall provide coordination and liaison between SPAWAR and other field activities. Prefer MCSE, former military. Must be familiar with DCID 6/3, DIACAP, NSA, DOD, FISMA, DIACAP, type regulations. Experience with IDS, Solaris, Windows, LINUX, UNIX, firewalls, PKI preferred. Oracle or other database knowledge a plus. Implementation and support of various HIDS and NIDS a plus. Extensive travel required. Must be able to obtain a Security Certification preferred. TS Clearance required with the ability to obtain Compartmented Access. |
