Program Manager will partner with the DOC to prioritize the requirements and appropriately align them with the DOC's business needs. The PM will lead the organization in ensuring compliance with the District's policies and mandates and the DOC policies and guidelines through continuous adaptation of processes to changing needs, reinforced QA, training, and review.
ensure that the overall management and administration of all functional activities within the program are conducted in a consistent, well-managed, and process-oriented manner. The PM will provide timely, accurate, and complete communications to the DOC and will facilitate resolution of open issues, ensuring greater transparency and increased collaboration.
The PM will also work with the DOC PM to provide a risk management framework to identify issues early, recommend feasible mitigation strategies, and employ solid project management principles to minimize project and program risk.


Requires BS/BA degree.
Familiar w/MS Project. ITIL and/or PMP certifications highly desirable.

Requires 8-10 years experience, with a minimum of 5years experience in a supervisory or management roll.
Experience in the field of document management highly preferred. IT background is a plus.


The PM documents the progress of, successes of, issues with, and future plans for the program in consolidated reports that are presented to the Sr. Director of Electronic Content and Records Management Organization. Potential problems are identified and action plans are developed to remedy them.
Ensure that project issues are identified and resolved expeditiously.
Document communication, and, if required, initiate an action plan and follow up.
Ensure that our services and deliverables are satisfying requirements.
Create and baseline a work plan in MS Project.
PM will manage the work plans by documenting work performed and reporting progress at the activity level. Our PM will review these work plans every week to ensure that the tasking is on schedule and to identify potential problems or risks.
