General Dynamics is seeking a Systems Integrator to join our growing organization. If you possess an active US Government Top Secret Security Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph, please contact us today. Job Description: Assist with the planning, upkeep, testing, maintenance, and provided support for quick-reaction tactical mobile communications and assist with training requirements and classes. Specific tasks include but are not limited to the following, as required: • Develop and maintain mobile communications Programmatic Documentation to included items such as: Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Concept of Operations (CONOPS), Site Security Plans (SSPs), System Security Plans, etc. • Maintain, update, review, and verify all mobile communications Technical Documentation, Systems Manuals, Training Manuals, system drawings, etc, as required for the Mobile Operations Vehicles. • Plan and monitor the progress of projects to completion. • Diagnose, isolate, and resolve problems and issues with deployed mobile communications platforms. • Provide System Engineering support to all mobile communications platforms and communications packages. • Operate and maintain the Sponsor's Telecommunications and Automated Information Systems. • Develop project schedules and timelines, and work closely with others in the integration of project deliverables. • Responsible for Tier 1, 2, and 3 operations and maintenance support of all Mobile Operations Vehicles. • Update and maintain Inventory database. Conduct quarterly and annual verification checks. • TDY support of foreign and domestic mobile communications requirements. • This position requires a self-starter, capable of working independently with minimal supervision. The ability to meet critical, time-sensitive deadlines is a must. Required Skills: • Proven systems engineering experience in tactical communications systems, including fault diagnosis, isolation, and resolution of deployed systems. • Experience in developing and maintaining programmatic documentation including SOPs, CONOPS, SSPs. • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in developing or employing Sponsor's suite of tactical mobile communications systems. • Developing and performing classroom and field on-the-job training on tactical mobile communications systems. • Demonstrated experience in providing tier 1-3 maintenance of tactical communications systems. • Proven history of personal initiative, independent thinking and work management, and ability to meet deadlines. Requires BS/BA degree. Requires 8-10 years experience. Understands the fundamental concepts of the following for the Unix NT, Oracle, SQL Server environments: Client/Server LAN & WAN Web & Internet DBMS systems Applications and Interface Development PMP certification desired |
