Develop and implement Web applications. Experience with HTML and browser compatibility baselines. Knowledge of section 508 user accessibility guidelines. Experienced in database design, tuning, and database driven web development. Experienced in Dreamweaver MX or similar product. Seeking a developer that has 3 years of overall experience developing in Sharepoint and/or SQL technologies to be a team player in building a Data Management solution. The developer should have some experience in numerous web development technologies to include J2EE, .NET, and Sharepoint and will be required to work independently and with Senior Developers throughout segments of the project lifecycle. The work products will need to be integrated with other backend technologies and database systems. The ideal candidate should be a problem solver and detail oriented for development and integration issues that may arise in development, test and production environments. The resource should have knowledge and application of IT organizations and functions for accomplishing his/her tasks. The Resource will be a member of a project team expected to provide development deliverables in delivering a system/tool solution; have the ability and motivation to learn the SharePoint technology and become an expert in the solution. The resource will take direction from the PM and Technical Lead The resource will need to provide training support to the application as needed. This resource will be mentored to move in a midlevel and ultimately a senior level developer role over time. Optional Skills: Experience in Data Modeling and Data Architecture; Microsoft Solution Framework (MSF); Project Server; Microsoft Visio; Microsoft Certified Solution Developer; Experience using Visual Studio; Experience working in GCS or the CIO; Experience with a Portfolio Management Group; Experience development a Data Management solution for Standard Repository System; Experience building project cost estimates, project schedules and WBS; Be very familiar with the Project Management Process - Requires TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph Requires BS/BA degree. Content Management: In depth Knowledge of content management as it relates to SharePoint, Strong organizational skills in development of web heirarchy, Ability to create and define content management processes leveraging SharePoint, In-depth understanding of change management processes. Development: 3 years experience in web technologies or .net or aspx. Experience in creating & drafting program documentation, Must be able to learn quickly and understand industry technologies for a total systems perspective, to include a technical understanding of relationships, dependencies and requirements of hardware and software components for a project. Direct experience in full requirements analysis activities for computer systems. Significant experience with Microsoft Word & Excel. Experience with Microsoft Project. Must have 4 out of the following technical skills: SharePoint Server 2007 and Sharepoint Technologies, Windows SharePoint Services 3.0, .NET, Visual Basic, SQL Server 2008, C#, Crystal Reports or the like type of reporting, Struts, AJAX. Must be able to produce design documents Requires 8-10 years experience. |
