Job Description General Dynamics Information Technology is a top-tier IT integrator that provides information technology, systems engineering and professional services to customers in the defense, intelligence, homeland security, federal civil and commercial sectors. Responsible for assisting in the operations of Battle Command Training Center Dodge (BCTC-Dodge) to include maintaining the operational schedule for BCTC-Dodge and ensuring resources are synchronized in support of training to Army National Guard (ARNG) Units by BCTC-Dodge. This position will be the focal point or gateway for ARNG Units to request training from BCTC-Dodge. Understanding BCTC-Dodge capabilities and being able to market those capabilities is critical to this position. Direct coordination with members of BCTC-Dodge leadership, the Battle Command Training Capability Program (BCTCP) or with ARNG Units will be a responsibility of this position. Developing and maintaining metrics of supported training for presentation to key decision makers is essential to this position. Additionally, ensuring tracking mechanisms are in place to track metrics associated with BCTC-Dodge training capabilities is a critical responsibility of this position. Ensuring schedules are synchronized for the various assets of BCTC-Dodge to include operational and administrative calendars will be a requirement of this position. This position will require various computer and administrative skills to include a thorough understanding of basic Office products, database products, and basic webpage design/administration of BCTC-Dodge's website. This position will be responsible for development and design of external information and marketing products for BCTC-Dodge to include the webpage, handouts, and other items presented at conferences. An understanding of Army task organizations and operations will be required of this position. Extensive travel and night/weekend work may be required in support of ARNG training. Additional functions of this position may include but are not limited to some or all of the following:
• Assists in establishing BCTC-Dodge administrative processes and procedures
• Creates, updates, and delivers briefings as required
• Manages the BCTC-Dodge handout for distribution to audiences
• Attends meetings/travels as required
• Develops and maintains statistical reports as required

Requires BS/BA degree in a technically related field, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work experience. Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Requires 0-2 years experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in administration, marketing, customer support, and human relations is highly desired.
• 3-5 years experience in Web design/development is highly desirable


• Experience with Photoshop, Visio, and other visual design products is desirable
• Experience with CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and others is highly desirable
• Strong written and oral skills required for this position
