Primary Duties:
Customer Support
?Answer IT Support Phones Lines
?Resolve Network Related Issues (Internet Connectivity, Printers, and Resource)
?Install Software, Updates, and Patches as necessary
?Manage user account through Active Directory (Unlock account, Password Reset, Update Information)
?Remote into user's workstation via SMS Tool
?Troubleshoot issues at the user's location
?Create and Resolve tickets using Touchpaper
?Perform various tasks assigned via Touchpaper
Secondary Duties/Backup:
?Answer Main Switchboard Phones Lines
?Support the IT Resource Center
?Check in/out laptops and other equipment
?Image laptops as needed
?Setup Laptop/Equipment for meetings
?New User Orientation
?Assist new users in completing the IT security paperwork
?Perform an IT Orientation at user's location

Requires an Associates degree or equivalent.

Requires 3-5 years experience.

Clear and concise English oral and written presentation skills
