The successful candidate will function as the deputy to the Vice President of Finance. Responsibilities include financial planning and analysis for a division of 2300 employees and 600M+ in annual revenue: 1. Monthly P&L analysis, forecasting, and consolidation 2. Annual strategic planning consolidation and analysis 3. Indirect budget analysis, forecasting, and consolidation 4. Cash management - forecasting, consolidation, and monitoring 5. Division level monthly and quarterly financial reporting requirements 6. Management of Billing, Collections, and Costpoint Set-up Departments 7. Risk funding tracking and monitoring 8. Special projects to include accounting system conversion, financial monitoring of key business metrics, internal audit of compliance with policies and financial controls. Requires BS/BA degree in a business related field. Requires 15 years of professional experience in a large company Government contracting environment supporting financial analysis, direct and indirect budget forecasting, cash management. Candidate must have a proven track record of strong management and leadership. Working knowledge of Costpoint and/or Oracle accounting systems required. Strong written and oral communications skills. Ability to manage multiple assignments and deliver quality analysis under time constrained deadlines. Advanced skills with Excel, Word, PowerPoint. |
