Under direct supervision or as part of a team, define and document business and system requirements for changes to existing systems or in support of new development efforts. • Support technical team in design activities. • Provide customer support through data analysis and reporting, data mining, and system education as needed. Uses current document templates and follows government and internal process and procedures. Requires BS/BA degree. Requires 8-10 years experience. TSO • DB2 Utilities such as SPUFI, QMF, etc • Experience supporting the Medicare Part D program, MMA applications, pharmacy industry, claims processing, data warehousing and/or health care utilization review • Limited QA experience |
