Supporting the USCG Shore Infrastructure Logistics Center (SILC), located in Norfolk, VA. * Facilitate client meetings * Support program & project level task development, tracking, and reporting for enterprise-wide business transformation effort * Support and develop approaches for use of IT Tools to ensure successful management of complicated work plans * Provide documentation of meetings, decisions, actions, and other Project Management artifacts * Maintain project documentation and prepare briefings * Support development of policy and procedures for assigned projects * Support monitoring & management control of complex project tasks and identify areas of interdependency * Assist in identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies * Implement a rigorous process for managing work and communicating issues * Report current status at regular intervals and on an as needed basis * Candidate must have the ability to interface closely with the client at all levels * Ability to adapt to quickly changing needs of the client and to set priorities accordingly Requires BS/BA degree. Requires 7 or more year's of experience. This person has to be able to stand-alone at client site. Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Outstanding time management and organization skills. Proven ability to support multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline driven environment. Supports Coast Guard Logistics Transformation Program Integration Office at USCG Headquarters, Washington, DC. PMP desired MBA desired Ability to obtain Secret Security Clearance required. |
