Provide competent and doctrinally correct training, instruction, exercise development, and student evaluations to all G2X students using Government furnished courseware and equipment. Assist in the training, administration, and development of the G2X Course and other blocks of instruction offered within the USAIC. This will include, (but may not be limited to) contract employees developing lesson plan outlines (TLOs and ELOs), pertinent training materials, exercise critiques, tests, assess and coach students through the G2X STX and/or JICTC rotation, student handouts, critical task lists, ASAT input, training support packages, and incorporate recent lessons learned into the POI. Support Mobile Training Team (MTT) opportunities at CONUS and OCONUS locations. Maintain and update courseware as needed to ensure accuracy and relevancy of course material. Employee will be required to adhere at all times to the standards of conduct found in Army Regulation (AR) 350-6. Minimum of a BS/BA degree required and must have completed the G2X Course and served in a _2X position. Employee must be the subject matter expert on assigned subjects within the G2X Course training regimen specific to the instruction being given. Such subjects will include (but may not be limited to) HUMINT Operations, CI Operations, and 2X responsibilities from OMT to G2X. Employee must have been deployed within the Military Intelligence branch as a Counterintelligence or Human Intelligence manager in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF) and Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF), in order to incorporate current lessons-learned into classroom instruction and lesson plan development. It is preferred that such experience is no more than 30 months old at time of employment. Employee must have honorably served in the military and have operational experience as a Counterintelligence or Human Intelligence manager within the Military Intelligence branch, another branch of military service, or an equivalent specialty in other U.S. government agencies conducting tactical or strategic intelligence operations, for a minimum of 8 years. It is preferred that such experience is no more than 30 months old at time of employment. Must possess the following skills (at a minimum), CI & HUMINT ISR Integration, Collection Management, Military Source Operations, 2X Planning, CI & HUMINT Automation, Intelligence Contingency Funds, Incentives, CI and HUMINT Legal, Targeting, HUMINT Analysis, Investigations and Interrogations management. Required to have the requisite skills, capabilities, training, education and experience to perform the contract work assigned with little or no reliance on permanent party cadre. Must possess TOP SECRET/SCI or interim TOP SECRET security clearance when hired and be able to maintain this clearance throughout t he life of the contract. Employee must possess documentable experience of preceding employment relating to current Military Intelligence doctrine, recent (draft) changes and fielding of the Army Field Manuals, Army Regulations and DOD Directives relating to Intelligence and G2X Operations. It is preferred that such experience is no more than 30 months old at time of employment. Employee must possess documentable experience of preceding employment related to current automation tools associated with G2X operations to include (but may not be limited to) CHAMPION "changed to DCHIP" - JMN, 2X Portal, HIIDE, PCASS, BATS, HDWS "no longer exist" JMN, GRRIP, CIDNE, HOTR, etc. It is preferred that such experience is no more than 30 months old at time of employment. Be able to express themselves in English and meet oral and written grammatical guidelines in DA PAM 600-67. All applicants must possess interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with students, staff, cadre, superiors, peers, and subordinates alike. All instructors must be familiar with Office software to include PP, Word, and Excel. Employee must not be pending adverse actions or derogatory adjudications. G2X instructors will not be pending investigation concerning detainee abuse or any other federal investigation of a disparaging nature. Employee must meet and maintain all Instructor Certification requirements as specified in TRADOC Regulation (TR) 350-70 and as supplemented in local regulatory policies (to include all courses determined necessary by government to maintain proficiency and relevancy) within 60 days of employment; failure to do so may result in termination. Emmployee must possess current instructor qualification requirements upon acceptance of employment as required. Such instructor qualification requirements include, but are not limited to; Instructor Training Course (ITC), ITC refresher, Small Group Instructor Training Course (SGITC), SGITC refresher, and Army Basic Instructor Course (ABIC). Furthermore, the employee will qualify on each module of instruction in accordance with existing procedures and in coordination with the Course Manager. This requirement ensures that contract instructors are well versed and meet all existing requirements - as well as those requirements that may develop as a result of course growth and modification. |
