Job Description General Dynamics Information Technology is a top-tier IT integrator that provides information technology, systems engineering and professional services to customers in the defense, intelligence, homeland security, federal civil and commercial sectors. Plans and coordinates project scheduling, project reporting, maintains databases, and performs complex EVMS tasks associated with program and business operations. Responsible for the planning, scheduling and status tracking of design and deployment activities to the site level. Gathers and analyzes information to prepare reports on the progress of projects. Ensures that assignment and scheduling of work follows company policy and standard design and deployment/construction timelines. May make recommendations and establish procedures and standards to improve efficiency and effectiveness of assigned responsibilities. Acts in a lead or trainer capacity to direct or facilitate the work of others. Position may require frequent direct contact with internal and/or external customers. Evaluates current procedures and recommends changes to improve the efficiency of planning and scheduling of projects. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Reports to IWN Program Director as a member of the PMO.

Perform cost and schedule control activities on the GDIT portion of the IWN program. Responsibilities include:
- Development and maintenance of integrated program schedules utilizing MS Project
- Implementation and maintenance of the program's Earned Value Performance Measurement Baseline, utilizing earned value tools similar to MPM or COBRA
- Perform analysis and provide feedback to program team on trends and impact of earned value performance
- Participate in the program reporting cycle, including formal customer reporting as well as management reviews of program Controls data
- Support IWN task order proposals as required, including leadership of the integrated schedule process
- Utilize wInsight for presentation of data to program decision makers
- Participate with overall PMO program controls team to ensure program commitments are met.

Specific knowledge and familiarity with the following tools desired: COBRA, MPM, MS Project, ProjectView, wInsight,as well as Microsoft Office tool suite. 3-10 years of experience in program controls or related discipline required.

Requires 5-8 years experience.
