The Knowledge Manager architects the Knowledge Management Process and ensures compliance with the organization's Knowledge Management Process. Ensures knowledge identification, capture, control, and maintenance within the organization. Acts an adviser to the government and IT personnel on KM matters. Near-term will supervise team of 3 growing to 10. Team will consist of technical writers, QA team, SharePoint administrator and training development. Will establish documentation and QA standards to include SharePoint architecture, naming conventions, develop/support/enforce deliverable standards and work closely with communications management to ensure knowledge management dissemination. Includes total life-cycle management from documentation creation to document archival. Requires BS/BA degree. real-world hands-on network implementation experience"with ITIL certs being strongly preferred The Knowledge Manager must have a minimum of five (5) years experience with Knowledge Management or Documentation Management and Standardization. ITIL V3 Foundations, ITIL V3 Service Transition or Release Control and Validation certification. Must have a DoD Secret Clearance or be able to obtain one. Military or DoD experience preferred. US Citizen. |
