The Training Developer candidate will work directly with our Project Manager and members of the Project Team to design, develop and deliver ITSM training, Executive ITSM Briefs, ITIL Certification Training, and training for ITSM tools and processes. Experienced in various learning strategies and approaches, and possess strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to translate technology concepts into clear and concise delivery forms for technical and non-technical personnel. Responsible for determining learning needs and partnering with Subject Matter Experts to develop required training. Ensure accuracy and relevance of existing training materials and update curriculum and materials in a timely manner. Must be able to create just-in-time training as needed. Must consistently meet or exceed metric criteria for training evaluations. Must be analytical and skilled in the art of asking questions, and accurately interpreting information. Must be a self-starter and work collaboratively with other Training Developers, Tech Writers, and members of the Project Team. Sample writings required if contacted for interview. Education/Equivalent Training Required Requires BS/BA degree. Experience (state type and preferred # of years) 5+ years experience in training and curriculum development, Excellent Project Management and Time Management skills, 5+ years in IT, Unique/Additional Requirements ITIL V3 Foundations and a minimum of 9 Intermediate credits required. Must have a DoD Secret Clearance or be able to obtain one. Military or DoD experience preferred. US Citizen. Requires MS/MBA degree. Requires 15-20 years experience.
