The Process Improvement SME will work in close conjunction with the Project Manager, Process Improvement SMEs, IT and Business Leadership towards Continual Service Improvement using methodology such as Lean Six Sigma. Must possess proven leadership skills and in-depth understanding and proven experience in applying Lean Six Sigma methodology. Responsible for leading the charge in learning and improving based on metrics outlined for various processes. Must improve processes resulting in the reduction of downtime, cost reduction, elimination of rework, etc. "real-world hands-on network implementation experience" with ITIL certs being "strongly preferred" **********Requires MS/MBA degree************* BS Degree or equivalent experience **********Requires 15-20 years experience************ "real-world hands-on network implementation experience" with ITIL certs being "strongly preferred" 5+ years related work experience Six Sigma Black Belt Certification and ITIL V.3 Foundations Must have a DoD Secret Clearance or be able to obtain one. Military or DoD experience preferred. US Citizen. |
