Provide the 624 Operations Center (OC), Lackland AFB, TX, with essential expertise and capabilities to develop a training program ensuring Air Force (AF) guidance and the AFNETOPS Command and Control (C2) capabilities are operationally met. Must have an understanding of computer and network security. Plan, organize, direct and facilitate a wide range of training activities. Work with subject matter experts in all areas to assess, develop, and deliver/facilitate training activities. Design and develop curriculum and consistently collaborate with different levels of the organization to ensure presentation materials are up-to-date at all times. Evaluate and report training outcomes through review of student performance and other analytical data. Provide training to assigned and supporting personnel (new as well as recurring training as required) to further enhance their organizational knowledge, AFNETOPS analytical and functional knowledge of computer security, system vulnerabilities, exploits, related digital signatures, hacking patterns, countermeasures, Air Force and AFNETOPS policies, TTPs, AFIs, OIs, checklists and crew procedures. Requires BS/BA degree. Requires 2-5 years experience developing training programs for the Air Force. Experience in Command and Control (C2) capabilities and an understanding of computer and network security. Must be able to plan, organize, direct and facilitate a wide range of training activities. Experience working with subject matter experts in all areas to assess, develop, and deliver/facilitate training activities. Experience designing and developing curriculum. Experience with Air Force and AFNETOPS policies, TTPs, AFIs, OIs, checklists and crew procedures required. Active Secret Security Clearance or be able to acquire a Secret Security Clearance. Must be able to attain Academic Instructor Course Certification within 6 months. Position may include minor travel. |
