GENERAL SUMMARY: Performs expert-level development and delivery of highly complex training and educational programs for customer personnel; works under limited supervision; does related work as required.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Performs expert-level development and delivery of highly complex training programs and related materials in support of customer training objectives;
2. Establishes and reviews course content and objectives;
3. Is recognized as a subject matter expert in the field in which he/she is training;
4. Conducts training sessions and develops criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of training activities;
5. Maintains records of training activities, participant progress, and program effectiveness;
6. Updates course documentation on a regular basis to ensure timeliness and relevance;
7. Provides work leadership to lower level employees, including evaluating the effectiveness of their training presentations and programs;
8. May have supervisory responsibilities;
9. May serve as technical team or task lead;
10. Conducts research into new training, educational, and multimedia technologies;
11. Maintains current knowledge of relevant hardware and software applications as assigned;
12. Participates in special projects as required.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience.

Requires 8-10 years experience.

-Requires Intellegence Analyst experience;
-Possess a valid state driver's license;
-Possess tactical experience; material developed will incorporate lessons learned from OEF and OIF;
-Shall be physically capable of fulfilling all instructional duties. As some training will occur in a tactical environment all personnel must to physically able to lift "2 person lift" cases, wear a Kevlar Helmet, ride in vehicles on unimproved roads, travel via both fixed and rotary winged aircraft, and sleep on cots;
-Be available to work weekends or evenings, at both CONUS and OCONUS locations;
-Travel on Temporary duty supporting MTTs will be significant;
-Schedules are subject to change and the incumbent shall be available to meet any schedule revision upon two working days' notice of such changes. Work schedule will be determined on a per course basis.
