PROGRAM MANAGER WARNER ROBINS, GA TOP SECRET CLEARANCE WITH SCI LEVEL ACCESS REQUIRED Program Manager will have program responsibility and operational oversight for a GD-ISD effort that will be based out of Warner Robins AFB. Responsibilities include ~$6M in Task Order management first level supervision of 10+ personnel and second level oversight of 24+ residential and deployed personnel supporting Warner Robins and worldwide sites. Direct responsibility and oversight for Air National Guard support, small remote sites, and warehouse operations. Program Manager is responsible for providing all business execution support required to attain established business area performance, customer satisfaction, and new business capture objectives. The Program Manager functions as the primary customer interface to government funding and mission requirements managers. Will provide guidance to staff and GD-ISD-DIS support departments to ensure contract tasks are properly administered from a financial, contractual, legal, ethical, and field operations to include the satisfactory and timely resolution of all customer and employee concerns. Additionally, Program Manager provides management and administrative leadership and oversight for the geographically dispersed field operations sites. TS/SCI clearance required. Requires BS/BA degree. Masters degree is recommended, PMP certification highly desired at program start but required within six months of position start. Other desired certifications include ITIL Foundations and Six Sigma. Requires 8-10 years experience. Three to five years of this experience must be in a supervisory capacity. Requres experience with AF DCGS, ANG management structure and COTS Sustainment processes. |
