Job Description General Dynamics Information Technology is a top-tier IT integrator that provides information technology, systems engineering and professional services to customers in the defense, intelligence, homeland security, federal civil and commercial sectors. Under general supervision, define and execute systems integration, engineering and baseline and objective architecture development activities within a project or across multiple projects. Assist in the development and maintenance of current and objective operational and systems architectures and schedules for the Western Continental United States Regional Service Center (WCRSC). Develop and maintain enterprise-wide integration and dependency schedules; analyze architecture, system, and program data to develop and maintain integrated, enterprise transition plans for new capabilities; identify and document business and system processes. Must be able to relate technical capabilities to functional requirements and work as liaison between functional analysts and technical implementation/operations personnel. The engineer will interact directly with WCRSC staff and supported combatant command intelligence systems staff on a daily basis and work as an integral part of a joint customer/GD team. Primary area of focus includes network/communications infrastructure operations and development of systems architectures and topologies, and intelligence support to operations.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to working within the Change and Configuration Management Team to document and improve Change and Configuration Management Processes. Manage the Project Review Schedule and the Forward Schedule of Change. Monitor Service Requests within the customer's system for new Projects to bring forward for Project Validation. Assist with the Change Management process and make recommendations as needed to improve the process using industry best practices. Work with Project Managers/Technical Staff to update information for Project Reviews. Be able to intigrate processes at a local, regional, and enterprise level. Successful candidate will be able to work within other areas of the organization as requested by Site Lead or Area Supervisor. Candidate may also be asked to assist in testing changes prior to the deployment of a release.

Requires BS/BA degree. IT Industry Recongnized Certification. Security+ is required. ITIL V3 Foundation Certification Preferred. CMMI knowledge and experience useful.

Requires 2-5 years experience.

Requires Current Top Secret DoD Security Clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).
