As part of the Scope EDGE team, the Senior Analyst, Info Security will perform duties to configure, secure, troubleshoot, and optimize all AF-standard network boundary devices and systems including those identified below. Requires BS/BA degree. CCNA or higher Cisco certification and CCSP or MCITP: Enterprise Administrator and Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist: Internet Security and Acceleration (MCTS: ISA). CCIE security written exam is an acceptable substitute for a CCSP. MCSE Security on Windows Server 2000 or 2003 is acceptable for MCITP and MCTS certifications. Requires 5-8 years experience on systems such as Web Proxies Firewalls Domain Name System/Berkeley Internet Name Doman (DNS/BIND) Sendmail Wireless solutions & wireless discovery solutions Remote access solution Mail relay/security solutions Vulnerability scanners Antivirus solutions and antivirus management solutions Cisco Routers and switches UNIX operating systems Cisco FWSM, PIX, ASA, and VPN Concentrators Host Based Security System (HBSS) Microsoft Internet Security & Acceleration (ISA) Server Blue Coat AV Solaris OS equipment Linux OS equipment Requires current DODI 8570: IAT II certification or must obtain within 6 months of hire. Position will require paid overtime up. Position will require short term notice to deploy to AF locations experiencing communication system degradation and outages. Extensive training and professional development provided throughout the work year. |
