As part of the Scope EDGE team, the Quality Analyst will operate and manage the Scope EDGE computer systems, including but not limited to: Sun workstations using the Solaris operating system, computers using all versions of Microsoft Windows 2000, Windows 2003, Windows XP, and Windows Vista. The Quality Analyst shall be responsible for software and configuration management of the existing systems and future operating system upgrades. Requires BS/BA degree and the following training; MCSE 2000, MCSE 2003, or a subsequent MCSE, or equivalent and Passed Microsoft Exchange test Requires 2-5 years experience and experience on; Sun workstations using the Solaris operating system Computers using Linux, Microsoft Windows 2000, Windows 2003, Windows XP, Windows Vista Requires current DODI 8570: IAT II certification or must obtain within 6 months of hire. Position may require paid overtime. Position may require short term notice to deploy to AF locations experiencing communication system degradation and outages. Extensive training and professional development provided throughout the work year. |
