Sr Princ Training Specialist-SME-TS/SCI with polygraph in Herndon, Virginia

The Division requires a Senior Trainer under the Systems Integrator (SI) SOW to assist in the development of training curriculums and conducting of training. Key to this position will be the creation of a Train-the-trainer program for transferring knowledge to 50+ trainers around the Intelligence Community for a customer-sponsored application.
Along with the training development and presentation, the Division requires the selected candidate to be able to develop Web based training programs that can be made available to Customer and Community personnel. These WBT modules can either be used for training or demonstration purposes.
The candidate will be responsible for providing demonstrations of Division applications and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) during presentations and training.
The candidate must have sufficient technical knowledge to understand the basics of structured and unstructured electronic data, and related database and ingestion processes for electronic data storage and use. The candidate coordinates with internal Customer, external government organizations in the development and presentation of training for Division applications. The candidate will work closely with SME, Analysts, Data Architects, and selected Operations Group personnel to develop training and when providing support to end users.
The candidate must be able to work well with other trainers, requirements analysts, and technical resources. The candidate must be able to work independently and in a team environment


Bachelors Degree in a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work/military experience.

10-15 years of directly related experience in the development and delivery of technical training programs.

Comfortable providing training and demonstrations to small and large audiences
Business marketing experience/skills
Web development experience
SharePoint Administration experience
Must be able to track project studies, plans, actions items, take minutes, etc.
Experience with teams using Agile development methodologies
Understanding of most or all phases of the intelligence life-cycle
Have at least 5 years of experience working within the Intelligence Community.
