Performs studies, analyses, and evaluations related to the requirements of the contract using advanced scientific analytical methods and processes to analyze problems and determine trends, formulate recommendations or solutions to problems, conduct requirements analyses, feasibility studies, performance assessments, process improvement studies, cost/benefit analyses, or strategic plans. Senior: Possesses a Master's degree or higher in a discipline closely related to the work being performed. Possesses at least ten years of experience directly related to the work being performed. Performs advanced level of work such as designing systems or plans for studies and analysis for complex tasks. Capable of performing as a team lead with overall responsibility for planning and executing tasks. May supervise Journeyman and Junior level personnel. Journeyman: Possesses a Bachelor's degree or higher in a discipline closely related to the work being performed. Possesses at least three years of experience directly related to the work being performed. Performs routine levels of work such as designing systems or plans for studies and analysis for less complex tasks. Executes designs/plans to accomplish tasks. Capable of working independently with general oversight by a Senior. May supervise Junior level personnel. Junior: Possesses an Associate's degree or higher in a discipline closely related to the work being performed. Possesses less than three years of experience directly related to the work being performed. Performs routing levels of work to accomplish tasks. Works closely with and is supervised by Journeyman or Senior level personnel. Senior: Possesses a Master's degree or higher in a discipline closely related to the work being performed. Possesses at least ten years of experience directly related to the work being performed. Performs advanced level of work such as designing systems or plans for studies and analysis for complex tasks. Capable of performing as a team lead with overall responsibility for planning and executing tasks. May supervise Journeyman and Junior level personnel.
