Candidate will provide installation and configuration support such as setting up monitors, and operates computers and peripheral equipment, such as printers, tape and disk drives. 1. Will observe operation of equipment, control panels, error lights, verification printouts, error messages and faulty output. 3. Supports General How-To questions, gives instruction on IT tools, Support Basic Product Training 4. Must have Knowledge of the associated hardware, software, and equipment 5. Routes error messages to appropriate personnel 6. Maintains records and prepares reports as required Requires a High School Diploma or GED. 0-1 years of related computer operations experience. |
