Responsible for Quotation / Bid creation and order management. Investigates and ensures resolution of customer service requests utilizing a base knowledge of Square D products and their use. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support & delivery of project deliverables to internal or external customers & ensuring we meet expectations. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Quotation preparation (Pre sales) - Prepare Quotations for electrical equipment based on specification and single lines. • Process improvement/development participant as well as PM resource coverage/back-up where required • Provide technical assistance & solutions when needed Sales/Customer meeting as required • Ensure the project deliverables are met Manages changes to scope, costs and timelines • Act with minimal supervision • Maintain and update required project plans • Update all tracking and documentation systems and records • Work with and support cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives • Strong detail orientation to monitor and manage all facets of a project • Inspire cooperation and action from people outside of direct reporting lines and from outside suppliers • Negotiation skills when responding to adhoc problems • Demonstrate the capacity to think proactively to mitigate the risk of probable problems • Having a passion for customers Being agile and having a "{can -do-spirit) QUALIFICATIONS: • Minimum of 4 year of related experience • College Degree • Customer focused individual • Strong computer skills and knowledge of MS Office and Lotus Notes • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Effective time management skills • Knowledge of Schneider Electric products would be a definite asset. • Bilingualism would be an asset |
