Xantrex by Schneider Electric is a global leader in power converter solutions for renewable energy applications.

SUMMARY:
This position is accountable for answering telephone or written technical inquiries from
customers regarding Xantrex products, providing troubleshooting assistance and recommending corrective action/solutions to customer application questions. Maintains records of calls in the CRM tool (SF.com) so that customer issues can be tracked and actioned.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Utilizes knowledge of set procedures and product knowledge of electricity, electronics and equipment to create solutions and respond to customers problems using appropriate application of Xantrex products.
- Provides technical assistance to customers by following Customer Service/Technical Support processes and product knowledge guidelines;
- Creates RMA (return material authorization) and replacement sales orders for product returns;
REQUIREMENTS:
- Post-Secondary Diploma and minimum 2 years experience in a customer service/call centre environment;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong telephone and email etiquette;
- Excellent attention to detail, math skills, time management and organizational skills;
- Ability to work independently and as a team, demonstrative a proactive, positive attitude.
