The National Account Manager (NAM) position reports to the Director of
Strategic Accounts - Government.
The successful candidate will assume the role of Region Business Development Manager for the South East.
The position is directly responsible for driving One Schneider growth across key areas in the South East US.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving One Schneider
cross sales engagement on key federal government opportunities within the designated geography.

This position is accountable for developing and implementing business
plans and marketing strategies resulting in increased sales and margin while
delivering total customer satisfaction.

Specific responsibilities include...
-Develop & Implement best in class Business Plans / Growth Strategies
-Develop relationships at key Federal Government Facilities, Sales Channels & Value Chain
-Drive One Schneider success on regional opportunities encompassing all Schneider solutions
-Lead One Schneider Cross-Selling engagement at all levels of the opportunity
-Leverage entire Schneider organization, Sales Channels & Value Chain to deliver Total Customer satisfaction
-Demonstrate Teamwork & Added Value to the SAO Government Team

Position requires BS degree with 10 years of progressive sales experience. Successful candidate must have a demonstrated ability to lead cross functional teams and effectively communicate One Schneider Value Propositions.
Advanced knowledge of Federal Government contracting and agency structure is also required.
