APC by Schneider Electric is a global leader in critical power and cooling services, providing industry leading products, software and systems.

APC is looking to fill the position of Configuration Center Representative.

The person selected for this position will be responsible for providing pre-sales technical support related to Schneider Electric Critical Power and Cooling products. This includes all Power, Distribution, Cooling, Rack, Management, and Service products. Essential functions will include:

• Develop a high level of expertise on all CPCS Products, Sales Tools, and Configuration processes.
• Serve as technical point of contact for Sales and for Manufacturer Reps.
• Provide formal and informal training on products and sales tools.
• Assist manufacturing and order management with technical and configuration issues as needed in order to fulfill orders.
• Teleconference technical support of sales, partners and man reps for application definition.
• Develop, and / or review customer specifications. Provide compliance documents.
• Create Proposals and Submittal Documents.
• Development support for Sales Tools

The position will require an individual with a Bachelors degree in Engineering or equivalent with a strong technical aptitude. Our products and processes are constantly being adjusted to meet changing needs in the marketplace. Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing job requirements in essential. Ability to work independently required
