APC is looking to fill the position of Configuration Center Representative.
The person selected for this position will be responsible for providing pre-sales technical support related to Schneider Electric Critical Power and Cooling products. This includes all Power, Distribution, Cooling, Rack, Management, and Service products. Essential functions will include:
• Develop a high level of expertise on all CPCS Products, Sales Tools, and Configuration processes.
• Serve as technical point of contact for Sales and for Manufacturer Reps.
• Provide formal and informal training on products and sales tools.
• Assist manufacturing and order management with technical and configuration issues as needed in order to fulfill orders.
• Teleconference technical support of sales, partners and man reps for application definition.
• Develop, and / or review customer specifications. Provide compliance documents.
• Create Proposals and Submittal Documents.
• Development support for Sales Tools
The position will require an individual with a Bachelors degree in Engineering or equivalent with a strong technical aptitude. Our products and processes are constantly being adjusted to meet changing needs in the marketplace. Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing job requirements in essential.
