Schneider Electric has an outstanding opportunity for a passionate individual to assume the role of Senior Financial Analyst at the Lavergne, TN facility. This role is responsible for complete management of IS&C P&L, and will support finance needs for commercial and operational sides of the business. The Financial analyst will forecast and manage revenue, expenses and margins, and pro-actively communicate financial impact of business trends and strategic decisions.

Requirements for this role include:
• BS degree in Finance or Accounting (MBA or CPA a plus)
• 4-8 years of Finance/ Accounting experience with evidence of increasing responsibility
• Strong business acumen
• Proven ability to communicate/ partner with senior managers--finance and non-finance
• Ability to work in ambiguity and juggle multiple priorities
• Ability to challenge business partners while maintaining positive relationship
• Strong skills in Access and Excel
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• SAP and Hyperion a definite plus
