Position Profile:

With inputs from the Segment VP and Solution Marketing directors, the Solution Offer Manager works in a specific geographical regions closely with country organizations to help define, refine and support the solution for the segment. The Solution Offer Manager works closely with countries and is seen as the expert for the solution. The Solution Offer Manager drives the solution evolution based on customer needs and supports localization efforts to ensure project wins and adoption within countries. The successful candidate will demonstrate how they will follow the business, and demonstrate an understanding how we win and lose.

Responsibilities & Key Tasks:
The work will include, but is not limited to:
-main contact for the country front office to help then to answer to a bidding and specification document.
- support localization efforts in countries
- ensure TVD requirements are maintained
- follow projects and helps with technical training, commissioning and after sales support
- define and deploys services offering
- support prescription within countries
- close interaction with customers
- manages the offer and offer roadmap
- manager of the board of change
- project manager of solution evolution requests (PER)
- proactive on quality issues as they arise
- keeps a view to the competition

Qualifications/Competencies:
The ideal candidate will have/will demonstrate:
Broad knowledge of Power and Schneider offer and experience with the technical offer
An understanding of segment marketing
An understanding of software and new technologies
Good personal skills to develop network in countries
Very good understanding of Schneider front offices and back office
Very good technical knowledge of our existing offer
Business minded and results oriented
Open to the customer voice and good listener
Assertive and convincing (facing countries)
Innovative
Entrepreneurial minded
Proactive and 'problem solution' minded
Team player
Experience in offer evolution
Experience in country technical support
