The Rebate Analyst role will be located in our Phoenix, AZ offices. No relocation is available for this role.

- Core Responsibilities
• Screen and qualify energy efficient equipment measures from client construction/capital
improvement reports and construction plans
• Coordinate with rebate services admin staff collecting required data from clients, and /or
vendors/suppliers to submit rebate applications
• Review potential rebate opportunities utilizing rebate program guidelines
• Utilize proprietary database - RebateCheck
• Work with third-party bill pay accounts
• Submit and provide technical follow-up on incentive applications as required

Rebate Application Processing
• Process all qualifying incentive applications timely and accurately
• Consistently review existing and new incentive opportunities
• Utilize industry-related webinars when available and appropriate
• Develop and maintain relationships with utility incentive program contacts

Rebate Support
• Participate in company/department meetings as required
• Provide client technical support and industry knowledge as needed
• Assist sales with technical support as needed

Required Skills
• Working knowledge of the energy industry
• Strong, positive relationships within the industry
• Proficient in Internet and Outlook, Excel, Word, Access experience preferred
• Organizational skills are essential
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong problem solving skills
• Create and present alternative solutions
• Ability to work independently, self directed while offering team support
• Mathematical & Analysis Skills
