This position involves all aspects of the project life cycle, which includes conferring with business analysts and users to establish requirements, working with team members and contractors during design and development, testing and continuing support. Primary Roles and Responsibilities: •Developing web and windows applications using Microsoft technologies. •Lead application functional designs and user interface designs based on strong understanding of business requirements, business processes and business needs •Lead development activities employing an iterative development approach in order to effectively address evolving business requirements •Mentor and coach team members of varying skill levels and competencies to achieve optimal performance •Troubleshooting issues within the applications. •Perform peer code and documentation reviews Required Skills: •Bachelor's Degree or diploma (equivalent years of experience and education may be considered) •At least 5 years of in-depth experience and demonstrated proficiency with software design and development •Minimum 5 years of experience developing in.NET •Minimum 5 years of experience developing ASP.NET •Minimum 5 years of experience developing SQL Server TSQL •Minimum 5 years of experience developing SQL Server SSIS •Minimum 5 years of experience developing web services in .NET •HTML, HTML5, XML, XSLT, CSS, CSS3, java script •Experience leading small development teams/projects •Excellent communication skills Additional Desired Skills: •Experience working in an Agile/Scrum team environment •Project Management •Knowledge of manufacturing related business processes Care.
