He/she will report to the Business Controlling Manager and work closely with other team members. Responsibilities and Accountabilities •Lead and prepare Solar Orders, Sales, Gross Margin analysis for the annual budget and quarterly forecast by partnering with the Commercial and Large Commercial Utility Scale business partners. Comprehensive Gross Margin analysis will require collaboration with finance team members. •Provide value-added commentary to enable decision making related to Orders, Sales, Gross Margin, Commercial departments and LC&US Offer Creation projects for the quarterly forecast reviews •Manage monthly budget owner reports and analyze variances for the Commercial departments and Offer Creation projects; share results with business partners, identify and advise actions to ensure targets are met •Lead and prepare the Solar Country forecast P&L by establishing relationships with country finance counterparts •Engage in external market research to better forecast impacts to the business, challenge the top-line, pricing and costing for new projects presented during gate reviews •Perform ad hoc analyses required by the Business Controlling Manager that lead to problem solving and business improving recommendations •Collaborate with team members on all of the above, while assisting with their development and training Skills/qualifications •Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills •Ability and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic environment •Relish dealing with ambiguity and can work independently with minimal supervision •High energy individual that is proactive, cooperative, results oriented and customer focused •Proven track record of problem solving and process improvement •Ability to multitask and work under pressure with tight deadlines •-5 years of experience in financial analysis (budgeting and forecasting) •Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (preferably Finance / Accounting) •MBA and/or Accounting Certification (CA, CMA, CGA) is preferred •Expert Microsoft Excel skills (including pivot tables, lookup functions, graphing, macros a plus) •Working knowledge of Hyperion Essbase is an asset Care.
