The Quality and Customer Satisfaction Issue to Prevention team offers an environment where your skills and career can grow while applying your project management and leadership skills. Schneider Electric's Quality and Customer Satisfaction Issue to Prevention Team has an outstanding opportunity for a passionate/motivated individual to assume the role of Customer Satisfaction Leader. Responsibilities & Key Tasks •Manage issues to protect our business •Prevent all escalations from problems to "Business Risk Escalation" •Contribute to RTE process •Ensure 8D process is followed on new problems •Manage all new Offer Safety Alerts •Close the feedback loop from after sales quality issues back into PMP and PEP projects. •Deployment and maintenance of Offer Safety process for Power Solutions North America •Contribute to POWER ISO re-certification •Pilot for I2P deployment in Power Solutions North America •Contribute necessary data to Technical Risk process •Other duties as assigned Essential Qualifications: •Experience system troubleshooting, diagnosis and problem solving for: *Software, hardware, networking and databases *Power and/or electrical Systems knowledge *Experience with Windows Operating Systems and associated network experience •Positive attitude, enthusiastic, self-motivated and customer focused •People-person and team player, enjoying the cross-functional interaction required for this position •Quick learner with an inquiring mind •Strong written and oral communications skills •Comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic environment •Ability to work with people with a wide range of technical backgrounds, including senior professional Engineers, electricians, IT Engineers and personnel, account managers, sales personnel •Able to lead a team by positive influence. •Fluent in English Desired Qualifications: •Experience in Quality •Engineering degree in Electrical, Power Systems or Computer Science, or equivalent •Understanding of 6-Sigma methodology •Understanding of 8D principles •On-site power system experience •Knowledge of electrical power industry •Understanding of Electronic Metering Systems •Other languages, such as Spanish, French and Mandarin.Business Unit, or delete The Power Solution business within Schneider Electric includes staff in many international locations, including LaVergne (Tennessee), Victoria (Canada), Hong Kong (SAR), Bangalore (India), Grenoble (France), Prague (Czech Republic).
