| This Sr. Program Maintenance manager position is responsible for the standardization and continuous improvement of divisional maintenance program and associated processes. Subordinate(s) will manage the divisional computerized maintenance management system Qualifications: • BS Engineering degree or equivalent required • 8-10 years of progressive experience in leadership positions in maintenance processes or related field with background and experience in engineering and maintenance of equipment and facilities • Significant knowledge in maintenance systems and strategies including but not limited to CMMS, PM, PdM, TPM, SPC and RCM • Significant experience leading and implementing major maintenance systems and strategies • Significant experience in identifying and driving operational change and excellence • Solid leadership and people management skills, including demonstrated ability to coach, mentor and develop employees • Significant technical experience and high level problem solving aptitude • Solid communication, interpersonal and presentation skills • Significant knowledge in metric development • Knowledge of GMP, ISO regulations Essential Functions: • Develop and implement short and long term strategic maintenance plans to ensure processes and CMMS are in place to meet business objectives, includes but not limited to scheduling, planning, history, capital management and spare parts processes • Develop objective and standards of maintenance system performance for maintenance required to meet departmental and divisional goals and objectives • Work with Director team to develop and implement effective training process to ensure technical aptitude of maintenance personnel supports long term goals and objectives • Work with Production and Continuous Improvement functions to develop effective maintenance processes capable of meeting quality, cost and supply chain objectives • Work with Engineering, Operations and Facilities regarding desirable modification process of existing equipment which will improve operations and reduce overall maintenance costs • Develop formal project plans to include the proposed technical approach, budget, and key milestone completion dates for all assigned projects • Develop and standardize proposal for new equipment process to secure reduced life cost of assets from a maintenance perspective • Prepare high level technical reports, analysis, recommendations and presentations reflecting the status and results of maintenance system and projects • Develop, implement, train and monitor effectiveness of maintenance systems and procedures to ensure compliance to FDA, GMP and all other applicable agency regulations • Anticipate and resolve highest level issues and conflicts that could impact operations success • Ensure a safe work environment consistent with OSHA requirements and St. Jude Medical policies. |
