Job Overview |
Territory Manager III, NMD
Applies expert technical knowledge related to neuromodulation therapies. Develops solutions to complex problems which require ingenuity and creativity. Acts as the primary contact for the organization in designated area. Interacts with external and internal personnel on significant matters requiring coordination between organizations. Work is performed without appreciable direction. Exercises considerable latitude to achieve technical objectives of assignment. Completed work is reviewed from a relatively long- term perspective, for desired results. Duties include; Responsible for exceeding revenue plan; Develops and maintains strong relationships with new and existing customers, KOL s and industry leaders; Maintains expert understanding of neuromodulation technology and competitive environment; Develops and adheres to actionable business plan.
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent; Minimum 5+ years of successful sales experience in medical device product industry (active implantable device experience preferred); History of consistently exceeding quota/sales targets in competitive environment; Excellent interpersonal, verbal written and presentation skills; Well organized, Ability to meet tight deadlines and effectively manage multiple tasks; Excellent computer skills, proficient with MS Office Suite programs.
