Job Overview
Territory Manager I, NMD - Fayetteville, AR

Provide solutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate scope and complexity. Contributes to the completion of milestones associated with specific projects. Failure to achieve results may result in the allocation of additional resources. Works under general supervision. Follows established procedures. Work is reviewed for soundness of judgment, overall adequacy and accuracy. Duties include; Responsible for exceeding revenue plan; Develops and maintains relationships with new and existing customers, KOLs and industry leaders; Maintains advanced understanding of neuromodulation technology and the competitive environment; Develops and adheres to actionable business plan.

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent. Minimum 3-5 years of successful sales experience in medical device or pharmaceutical industry; Direct experience exceeding quota in product sales; Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation skills; Well organized; Ability to meet tight deadlines and effectively manage multiple tasks; Excellent computer skills, proficient with MS Office Suite programs.
