Role Overview

Schneider Electric has an outstanding opportunity for a strategic-minded Human Resource Professional to assume the role of an HR Business Partner. This role will provide HR guidance to an assigned business and functional managers to help drive talent management strategies. The selected individual will actively collaborate with employees and managers to ensure an overall positive employee experience. The selected candidate will help demonstrate the key connection between effective talent management and organization success. Particular areas of focus will include employee relations, salary planning, performance management, development, succession planning, recognition programs, total rewards, employer branding, & recruitment (in collaboration with the talent acquisition team). In addition, the individual will be a key contributor to company transformation as they will help guide the organization through an integration.

Qualifications
- 3-5 years HR experience within a matrix/global organization
- Experience working with Engineering & Project Management professionals would be ideal
- College/Univerisity education in a related discipline (i.e. HR, Sociology, Psychology etc.)
- Experience with development, succession planning, performance management, recruitment, & total rewards etc.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive effective change management
- Demonstrated coaching & consulting experience within various levels of an organization
- CHRP designation (or working towards) would be considered an asset
