Schneider Electric Smart Infrastructure has an outstanding opportunity for motivated individual to assume the role of Customer Service Administrator in our Calgary, AB location. This position is responsible for providing support and general assistance to the customer service team within the Oil & Gas North America.


? Assist the Customer Service Support Group Managers
? Assist in the activities of the Customer Service 24x7 support operation
? Prepare monthly customer reports and post them to the extranet (MyTelvent) for customer access
? Administer and maintain information on the MyTelvent website for customers
? Support administration and maintenance of the internal Wiki knowledge base
? Produce monthly response effort reports for Customer Service
? Share in the coverage for the Customer Service Help Desk (not a call center)
? Arrange for meetings and meeting refreshments
? Enter data in the quality issue tracking database and follow up with actions to close
? Provide assistance to the Senior Competency Center Administrator
? Understand and follow the applicable quality standards and procedures for the tasks assigned
? Identify and report any environmental or safety issue to the appropriate resource
? Handle the printing/scanning requirements, including arranging for outside services
